A 50% deposit is required to process your Sale/Order. The balance must be paid on or before delivery. If more than one delivery is required to complete your order, the amount collected will be the balance due on the current delivery. The 50% deposit on the undelivered portion will be retained. All sale receipts are audited. Errors in pricing or arithmetic are subject to conditions with approval. If you do not approve Fairytale Brides .ie reserves the right to cancel the sale or order.

1. Lead Time: Many of Fairytale Brides .ie sales/orders are tailored to the customers needs. Fairytale Brides .ie acts as an agent for the companies and estimated time of delivery is based on manufactures instructions, and past experiences.
2. Fairytale Brides .ie cannot be held responsible for manufacturer’s delays or wrong orders, but will do everything reasonably possible to put things right in the unlikely event of delays or wrong orders.
3. Goods must be accepted within 5 days and paid for in full.

No Sale/Order which has been placed with Fairytale Brides .ie may be cancelled except with mutual agreement. Cancellations will only be permitted if Fairytale Brides .ie can do so with the manufacturer. Your deposit will be forfeited and you may have to pay a further cancellation fee.

Orders must be checked before leaving premises or notified if you are not satisfied within 48hrs e.g. Sizes, colour, quantity. You will be advised at time of ordering on size. Do remember garments are not made to measure.

1. Fairytale Brides .ie has guidelines on discount and offers and can only be made at time of sale or order agreement.
2. Goods may be subject to prices ruling on date of delivery.
3. All alterations will be extra and must be paid for by the customer.
